I don't know about you guys, but have you ever bought a self waxing kit then sit there and ask yourself why the heck is there so much wax left after Ive used my last strip? Well, I have and I'm sure a lot of people have too because when I decided to go and try to purchase a new kit, guess what was gone...all the paper wax strips!
Yes, this annoys me so I started my crazy search on the WWW only to find out that Miss Sally Hansen does not sell the strips by themselves and neither does anyone else. Yeah I know great marketing scheme...I can see them there laughing at us as they deliberately place 10 paper strips in a box along with a wax container that can easily wax up to 150 times (depending on what your waxing... Genius I tell you sheer genius.)
Well, Ive come up with a great affordable solution because this again is my passion, making your life easier with simple finds in this mad mad world.
It's so simple I found an old white tee that was about to be tossed in the trash and began to cut strips of it the size of the usual strips and voila! Problem Solved ! I now have a giant supply of strips to last my whole wax container life. I am very please with the results ! Hope this helped a bit.
